Yes for the flip commons and 30% gains are gold. But long term people should watch the rate of gain to the preferred stocks and realize the gains are just trading and should capitalize some of the profitsandbuy dips. Really cause if Cramer cause see the ludicrous trading the average Joe should see the same thing. I want everyone to make money!
