It's not looking to good right now for a Weekly Phase 1 next week. The Daily UTL is at 1642.63, and the Weekly UTL is at 1629.61, that's a 13.02 point gap. If the Daily doesn't get a Phase 2 today, then it will likely get one next week which will keep the Weekly in Phase 2. Now if the Daily was to confirm a Phase 2 today and then sell off into the close and then on Monday morning the 60 min, Daily & Weekly all opened in an unconfirmed Phase 1, then the Weekly would have a good chance of confirming a Phase 1 next week.
