Even Salzberg has one misleading statement in correcting the 'facts' of the SCOTUS as regards the DNA patent ruling.

It’s not unusual for 25% or even 50% of the nucleotides in the exons to be ignored when making amino acids.



He should have specified coding region vs non-coding region portions of exons.
