Ok. I see your point. For me as an investor I'd be much more concerned about an unfair stealing of $20 million than a fraudelent $325K. But, maybe that is just me. I know your point is that the SEC can do something bad about the $325K, but how bad would it really be? A slap on the wrist. Whether or not the SEC does something about the $20 million, it speaks volumes about integrity or lack thereof. It makes one wonder what else will be taken from shareholders. They need to come clean and reverse the Series A shares IMMEDIATELY in order to have any credibility IMO.

I see I divided 2 million Series A by 6 instead of 5 in my post this morning. Little difference though. What's a million here or there, right?

Why would anyone with a conscience want to own a company that does this kind of thing?
