That is a good observation. But, my point was about the ethinticity of the new Chairman of the Board of STOA. The customs and formalities of doing business in the Far East are different than the customs and procedures here in the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Ka, being of Oriental ethinticity, and named as the new Chairman of the Board, is significant to me. I just feel that IRIS would feel more comfortable negotiating with Mr. Ka and I think that was the real purpose of his assuming the position of Chairman of the Board. If you read his past resume', you will see that he has a great deal of business experience in the Far East. It makes me feel more positive that STOA will get this done and the negotiations will be smoother.
