I have made my living running two different collection agencies over the past 18 years. Why say this?

I know about suing people and companies better than most. There are two reasons you sue;

1. You are pizzed off,(which also inlcludes thinking you are helping uphold morality in paying bills) or
2. You think there is money to be had

While I can certainly always understand the frustrated, angry "sue em" attitude, HLNT is not being sued for these reasons (assuming the money is even owed).

Every one of the people/companies suing them had an intimate relationship with them, and knows the technology is worth a fortune, given the right execution of a plan. They are getting in line with their judgments, and they are playing the waiting game.

Everyone knows the company has no assets ("knows" my be strong since there is so much we DON'T know); at least it is a big risk to sue when there are no assets known, UNLESS you believe you can get paid. These people/companies believe their payday is coming.

Counter intuitively, I believe it is a good sign, in an odd way, they are getting sued. Not to be misconstrued with a "good thing".

HLNT!
