SPX Cycles Morning Reports:

The current SPX 60 min projected high is 1628.41, that is below the Weekly UTL which is at 1629.61, so that means the 60 min Phase 2 when confirmed will have to extend by over a point to get to the Weekly UTL, so this next 60 min Phase 2 will give us a big clue as to if we get a Weekly Phase 1 confirmed next week.
