It is easy to use the same paint brush on Donnell & Bill C., as Deano. But, IMO, it would be incorrect. Both Donnell and Bill are still there, having gone through all the bs post dean and continue to want to make Q work (i.e. a real business).

With a little bit of money, the two could actually make a solid attempt at making Q profitable. I would give the two an "A" for dedication.

Unfortunately, daddy dean wasted money, co-mingled money, with not the help of Donnell and/or Bill, but the ever-trusted Lisa Betros, who Jeff continued to say, counted every penny.

Even big Josh, ripped Q off for over $100k and tried to get the flight school sold/transferred to a competitor, along with a decent salary.

Joe put a stop to the co-mingling of funds, pressed charges against Josh and has, unsuccessfully been able to raise the funds needed for Mr. Cirmo to fully take advantage of A Cent's Colorado operation.

JMO, with the right funding ($500k-$1MM0, a pittance compared to what deano wasted, Q would be on a solid, profitable growth curve.

Having spent some time in discussions with both Bill and Donnell, I believe they have a very realistic plan and have the capability to execute.

Neither of them were enriched from dean or Joe and I admire their intellect and commitment.

Lastly, many complain about how Joe benefited from debt wraps during the dean reign, but if I am correct, Joe presently has more invested or on the hook (i.e. guaranty's) that are in excess of whatever profit he made.

Why? because he believes in the story, and most of all, he is loyal to both Bill and Donnell and is trying everything to give this a chance to make it.

PS: Sevis is not dead, laws were changed toward the end of the process that had caused some complications. But there is chance of being grandfathered and I know that is being worked on.
