Interesting. "Close to 30 percent of the workforce in the intelligence agencies are contractors", Wash Post reporters Dana Priest and William R. Arkin wrote in 2010...fast-forward to 2013 and my guess is that 30% number has increased, not decreased - all in the name of saving the gov't money by firing gov't workers...can you say, "sequestration".
