That's the problem with being an open company that files 8Ks and presents audited financials. People get to nitpick and raise false flags.

Now, if we were a company that only communicated through twitter and had shyster attorneys saying that our financials looked fine to them - even though they never actually show them to the shareholders - then we might not have people trying to parse words.
