BW is to stupid to run a Pump and Dump..
He should not try to sell any shares when they put out the PR or PUMP let the price go up then sell small amounts....

This was an acutal real news article and it broke .0029 if it holds that this is going higher..

I have no postion but will buy if it holds .0030 - .0035 Today
