Actually - google searches as well. Target if they have a way of identifying you and you shop there frequently knows more as well. Credit card networks (MC, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER) know much more about you along with your Bank, and your medical insurance company.

NSA is just picking up meta-data and does not access the details unless they have to as it would just be to much volume. It goes through several computer filters before it ever gets to human eyes.
