One of the things they are doing in California is targeting landlords who rent space to medical marijuana dispensaries. They are threatening them with legal action. Many of them are afraid so it's just easier to ask the tenant to leave.

Granted there are probably many dispensaries that are not legit but some of them have been around for years and years and are welcomed by the community.

The ones getting rich are the lawyers.....as usual.
