I don't know. It could be anybody, or nobody. Just another part of an endless story spun out to sell worthless stock. Maybe when and if Kennay ever decides to file anything again he'll fill in the blank. He'll have to do better than that Sweeney PR if he wants it to have the desired effect.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
