DonsHub: IMO, there's no need. If one reads it, one would understand exactly what it means. It seem the only ones that don't understand are the ones that haven't really read it. Besides, any PR about this agreement must have the approval of both parties. A simple "clarification" like that I doubt CC would agree to just to satisfy folks who decide not to actually read the agreement for themselves.

I like it. They don't subscribe to the "dumbing down of America".
