Hold on. Can we establish if there is or is not such a thing as a "certification process" for an audit? If there is, in fact, no such thing, then how can it be any clearer that Frank is outright lying? How can it be any clearer that there is no audit in the near future? How can Frank be defended in any way if this is true? Is this true?
