The debt has all been taken care of but there's still some loose ends to tie up before confirmation of full payment. I jumped the gun a wee bit about it being done and I expected an 8k too soon.

Not to worry, I'm confident it will be finalized soon and we will probably see an 8k in a few...I'm guessing within the month. The good news is we shouldn't see any more convertibles.

So yes, we've waited this long, what's a little bit more patience. We're on the last lap of the race. The new management and the investor groups have done well for us, VERY well.
