Do you agree this is big enough news to cause a run?

2 kind of players here:

1. Holding long from this sideways level - these are mature investors - have seen action like this before - they know they're sitting on a gold mine - they keep their shares anyways

2. Flippers like me - we need a run confirmation - big movements necessary to draw more volume - scalping is not worth in the PPS range we're seeing nowadays - at least .30 or more swings and then more interest in this again - higher highs and higher lows - BOOM she runs again

Of course there are other kind of players too. Those who bought IN too high and sold scared - they got burnt and won't touch this stock (or any stock again). Short players - they will always be there to catch the top.

Whether this news is strong enough or not, I can't really say. What I can say is by next earnings it will definitely run. Also, big boys are shaking and loading - once they're done - the ask will be mysteriously thinned out - some buys and BOOM
