1.LI PATENT IS OWNED BY VPLM
2.BOTTOM LINE; THE GOV'T HAS ADMITTED FORCING MAYBE 8 OR MORE Companies to intercept,copy and divulge every single email etc etc etc and has them stored for all these many, many years.
3.the companies don't really want to admit doing this ...legal reasons???patent infringement????
4.are the govt and the 8 companies both in breach of vplm's patents????.
5.is this a summary judgement situation since they have now admitted it happened and now want to charge him for telling all? does this not admit their guilt????
6. maybe vplm wouldn't have to expend up to 15 million in legal fees to 40 or so lawyers because of our leaky friends actions.
7.do we have a lawyer versed in this on the board??
