Read the filings and then you see the figure and not what somebody may have said or not. Oral conversations have a tendency to be streched one way or another.

The rest - as always guesses. But let's assume the O/S would be - and I hope so - close to 1 billion, the we could as well then speculate that AAPT received approx. $ 2.5 Mio cash into the Treasury. This would rally be something to celebrate. So were you see darkness I do see light.
