I agree that as of right now these shares aren't issued but, the stock market is perception and investors won't perceive this as a good thing. Secondly, it was how it was handled, Friday afternoon without any announcement. If its not a big deal, why try to hide it.

My biggest gripe right now with the company has nothing to even do with the additional A/S, it has to do with their lack of current financial reporting. Many PP holders (myself included) cannot get their shares deposited into their brokerage accounts while AAPT remains in non-compliance. You can only blame Eric for so long. I think the company owes it to people like myself, and others, who have suppported them from the onset. They need to make sure that the certificates we hold can be executed at our will and not be held hostage by the company's actions/inactions.
