Big Bake, I have checked by company name and symbol, all the companies listed at the bottom of the list that have had the chill lifted. Four have resumption of services notices, seven do not. It is my assumption that unless a notice is sent out to all participants regarding resumption of services, brokers will not be aware that the status of the issues (without notices) has changed.
Does the DTCC utilize other methods of notifying participants?
