It appears that Alpine Securities (the company wiring Gwyn money last year as proceeds of from securities sales) has quite the history of helping sell shares for companies at an arm's length. Like 38 violations and one of them included 2Billion shares of stock. Another can of worms possibly going to be opened on here?
