Stock options that can be exercised a year from now and cost 10% more
than today's prevailing price is an incentive in my book. How could it not
be ? If the reverse split price is not priced in, then yes, I would agree that
a fraud is been perpetrated.
If the cost to complete a phase III study ( 50 million dollars cash position )
costs 80 plus millions as suggested, I doubt there would be many companies
in the U.S.A. that could afford such an expensive study.
The only time I have heard of such sums been spent on a Phase I, Phase II
and Phase III studies, have been with artificial hearts which takes numerous
patient hospitalizations, etc., on numerous Hospitals before been approve.
Let us hope that the company's Board is not crooked. If the R/S of the shares
are not priced adequately, then I will worry that they are just going to rip us off.
