Procon....you stated, "and it doesn't look like PSCs will be signed in Block 4 for months".

The last I've heard on this issue was from the Ashby article dated 12-13-05 when it was stated,

"Nigeria and Sao Tome were due to sign five oil exploration contracts with foreign investors this week,...."

This tells me that all blocks were/are ready for signing.
