Spoke with source at JDA. Source said that he was 100% certain that:

1. PSC's/JOA's will be signed before XMAS
2. Addax has been Approved in BLK 4
3. Probe is NOT an issue

Also, source told me to call back next week and he will be able to give me a concrete date for PSC signings.
