I'm not sure what their point is but there are numerous Chinese Pharma mammalian cell culture manufacturing facilities.

B-I’s carefully worded PR finesses the point by using the phrase leading international biopharmaceuticals manufacturer when describing what makes the facility in question a first.

“The efficient-market hypothesis may be
the foremost piece of B.S. ever promulgated
in any area of human knowledge!”
