Pros – Good benefits, many divisions and business segments, decent opportunities, looks good on resume, huge company that is growing like the plague.
Cons – Old boys network of management, unattainable sales goals, terrible customer service to support sales, many managers who are inexplicably successful when they possess no management skills
Advice to Senior Management – Look up from the bottom line and see your employees
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend.
