Hey Matt,

How do you determine which posts you reply to? It seems there are many, many posters like myself who are put in jail without explanation (except maybe because we haven't ponied up for the premium service) It seems you're very selective about who you correspond with. Would it be too much to at least extend SOME courtesy in this regard? It's becoming painfully clear that as this stock tanks, you're becoming a little paranoid of the nay-sayers, as if they're the cause for the shortcomings of this company. Maybe if you were a little more accessable, more people might actually "pay to stay".
