Well it might take a few years until we know it. Will GERS still be around then? They re at a bottom at the moment, but based on very little trading. If I was an investor in GERS I would worry about the costs of these lawsuits. Never can the result pay back the loss of PPS to the investors of GERS. And how long will that level of PPS be accepted? And will another RS by GERS be allowed?
