they just shake the money tree -lol they have plenty of assets left and they are gaining value everyday - they sandbagged/lowballed their value in the court room and I fully believe they knew they could save the company and live on in some form or fashion(going concern) - no reason to sell every last property once the POR is paid and all pending court claims are resolved- "once out of BK they can do whatever they want" - and so it has been written - nobody will answer my emails about total 100% complete liquidation - wonder why ? we are close to some very choice news once this last payment in made -imo
