Chas, Do you have a link to this Novell activity?
I am no lawyer but I am shocked that Novell is all alone and is having this type of activity.

I would of assumend that the lawsuit was more of a joined suit where all parties fight as one.

Based on your post it seems I am wrong and that each party has their own set of lawyers and are running individual processes.
