Young lost his CPA and was convicted of sexual battery in Hawaii. Gwyn lost his license and was punished by the National Futures Association (NFA). He misappropriated investment funds and misrepresented fund values, also because he is associated with Andrew Reid. Reid was permanently banned by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) from associating with any FINRA or National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) member, due to Reid’s conversion of customer funds. Ron Blackburn was convicted and imprisoned for tax fraud.

They enter the court with unclean hands. Hence, remain mindful that TECO’s principles are fearful of appearing before Judge Brown, who knows of the fraudulent creation of TECO. All he has to do is add to his earlier ruling and liquidate Treaty.
