here is a message i found about MM CSTI

"CSTI (collins stewart) is a large high net worth institutional firm out of the UK. They really only make markets for 200-300 securities at a time. The fact they're in it shows there's more eyes on this than we think." and another message i found on CSTI "CSTI, M, Collins Stewart Inc, NY and UBSS, Zurich are both trouble. They frequently represent big buyers and (naked) shorters."
