Not sure, but when my insurance company filed bankruptcy I did nothing and got a refund on the policy I had with them after a time. Seems as commons are last in line that there would be pro rata distribution of left overs, if any.

I'm going to check with the broker that is holding my shares and request a cert to make sure I'm an owner of record... don't know if this is the best action but am going to try it anyway!

Request has now been sent to transfer agent by my broker!
