I've been the beneficiary in BK's through business... Ya get checks in the mail on distribution dates as the money is collected. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work differently here. After all, commons are beneficiaries albeit, last in line.

Need to check and see if individual claims need to be filed or if being a shareholder of record is enough!
