Normally I'd say yes but... http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=87035272 ...there is DD stating there may be something for commons and there is a collections account opened by the Trustee for 5 years... Certainly can't trade it... lol, perhaps it just became a long term investment?
