Co expects total 2005 revs to grow 45-50% compared to 2004 and fully-diluted earnings per share to grow 35-45%; or roughly to Y05 EPS of $0.70-0.75, vs Reuters consensus of $0.76; on revs of roughly $87-90 mln, vs consensus of $80.5 mln. In 2004 Matrixx reported net sales of $60.2 mln and earnings per share of $0.52. This updates the Co's previous guidance of a 25-35% increase in rev and a 10-20% increase in earnings per share.
