?....just three questions:

1. Who is this shareholder Pignatello with referecnce:

Q) What is your involvement with the company?
A) I'm not involved with the company yet, but I'm a shareholder.

2. What happened to the liabilities as shown "As of August 20, 2007, the Registrant had 73,405,483 shares of common stock, no par value, outstanding"......11,511,073 in total liabilites($4.3 million in convertible notes).

3. Are the patents outdated, given that there are(or should be) seven held patents with this company...the last being awarded in 2007. Patents can be worth a lot of money...so I'm very serious here........they could be a nut.

4. How do they tend to become up to date(time frame) given that there are over six years of delinquent filings that need placed? It can't go dark given that fact...until it complies....so...change of control?...even so.....compliance.


...just forget three of those.....and tell me who Pignatello is.....and if warranted.....why would I care what a shareholder thinks...that is not involved with this company :
