If you're looking at a chart, you'll surely notice a well-known formation where the 50 DMA and 200 DMA very recently converged. If you're doing DD on this, I strongly suggest researching the "death cross", especially in light of the well-established history this company has of missing deadlines and breaking promises. They have no assets, no revenue and no expectation of any, by their own admission. They couldn't even make good on a pilot plant. But they're still going to dilute us and execute a reverse split without anything close to a sound foundation to prevent us from getting hammered down further after the split.
