There are two reasons I have not kept my take over under my hat:

a) Initially because I thought there were other big shareholders apart from me interested in the venture. Obviously it is not the same to buy 10% on the market to reach 51% if you already own 41% between the different shareholders than to get that 51% on the market. But obviously I was wrong about the distribution of shareholders, there is only AB, little fish and me.

b) Another reason I have made all my intentions very clear from the start is to prevent AB or anybody on his behalf to do anything illegal on the way as I wanted to make very clear to them I will double fry them legally in court and they will spend the rest of their lifes in jail.

These are basically the two reasons who forced me to make public my intention but Iam not stupid fatnhappy in the sense that I know how much Iam prepared to spend in this venture and where it is going to take me and I will put a limit to the price Iam prepared to spend on it....And if it does not work, bad luck, I will be prepared to accept an extra loss on OMDA OIL....
