Businesses and other organizations wishing to accept payments online, over a mobile device or over a telephone (“Merchants”) can directly integrate with MyECheck’s payment engine. Payer check data is collected by the Merchant either at customer registration, or on their website, through a mobile device, or over the telephone, and is transmitted in real-time, or in batch to MyECheck for processing.

MyECheck uses patented technology to generate electronic checks in accordance with the Federal Reserve Check 21 specification, and transmits the items to clear through the electronic check clearing system to the Merchant's account at one of our partner banks. US patent number 7,389,913 “Method and Apparatus for Online Check Processing” was issued to MyECheck's founder on June 24, 2008. MyECheck is the sole licensee of the patented technology and the only authorized provider of the Electronic Check Service
