Well, you have a good point... Institutional investors don't want a .36 penny stock with a ton of convertible debt. They know in pennyland a stock can be .36 one month and .0036 the next couple of months... Say.... didn't that already happen with IVFH before the reverse split?

They take one look at the finance structure here, and say... next company please!
