As of April 15, 2013, NeurogesX, Inc. (the “NeurogesX”) and Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. (“Acorda”) entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement (the “APA”). Pursuant to the terms of the APA, Acorda will acquire at the closing certain assets of NeurogesX (including NeurogesX’ assets relating to its product Qutenza and its product candidate NGX-1998),
