The idea is that this has been in the works for a year or more since they are ready to go with a new board, some new deal being brought in, existing IP, and targeting semiconductors with their frequency agility tech of base patents and potentially new R&D. From their perspective they have the goods to get to AMEX, so they know they need 3.00 per share.

My instinct is that Hickling is behind a lot of it, since he's the mastermind behind most of the tech, and he has a brand new patent out last month improving upon the existing TCPS R&D.

Either their products are good enough, or they are not, but we will find out from the semiconductors quickly.
