I mentioned this several months ago...

From what I have seen in their balance sheet, ESP does not have the capacity to accept any additional orders. Their inventory management and production efficiency is insufficient to even sustain their current capacity, certain not additional capacity.

This one is a loser guys. Sorry to say that. A buyout would be the best thing. Perhaps you may even get a stock conversion as part of the terms.
