That PPS target was in a PR of .04-.05 This is not a Jeff Digenova play like many here are accustomed to. There are no insiders. If there are, they are as tight lipped as Joe. And I must admit, that's the way it's supposed to be. Q's had enough of those games from Dean and Jeff.
