Yes.. in going back and reading the "Initial Company Information and Disclosure Statement" which wasn't even filed for well after a year of the company becoming "incorporated" on May 4, 2007.

Belmont Partners.. "Joseph Meuse" originally only sold 50.001% of the then "Merged" N-Vision Technology to Brent Fouch...
Then there's this whole "BS" spewage of verbage, and god knows who is who, in reference to "Who" really ended up "owning" some number of shares in Rapid Fire Marketing...

I say ended up owning because of the rediculous details of who sold who "what" shares as part of the deal.. It at least appeared to me the Meuse "Controlled" a significant amount of ownership in RFMK once the deal was done!! reference again what I had stated earlier
