First off I never said Toland the fraud sold and secondly it wouldn't show in the 10k (no one seems to read that horrid filing anyways)


The point was and is....... GIVING BACK RESTRICTED SHARES MEANS NOTHING. It was as scammy as the false pr for 10m in revenues.
