GBG need cash until it will receive the paiement for Southgold. GBG has just enough money in hands to stay afloat to the BRP plan, it can not support the Tanzanian assets. GBG management have to make choice protect Southgold assets ot protect Tanzanian assets.

The BRP plan delay cause GBG to give up Tanzanian assets.
